Who is Darren?

Born in Salford, England Darren is new to our team. He has had a varied career path ranging from sales to debt recovery; from Door Supervisor at some of the top establishments in Manchester , UK. to working in the Private Security sector, providing protection for a number of celebrities and high net worth clients in the UK and locations around the world.

From his experiences, Darren took up a journey to establish better communication within people and ourselves and this has taken him to be a certified trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a diploma in Careers Coaching. He has written and delivered many training courses and workshops to train groups in the corporate world around understanding people’s behaviours, understanding our language and how we communicate. He has also helped a number of clients in the transitions of their careers and helped private clients with personal issues, from anxiety to PTSD.

He has further added to his skill set aPsychology Diploma; First Aid for Mental Health; Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT); and Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to further his knowledge of people’s behaviours. His podcasts are based on interviewing a variety of individuals who offer a wide-range of services tackling mental health, as well as talking to those that have had some form of help with their own. 

Darren is an International Coach with extensive experience of working with clients from a variety of ages,
backgrounds and cultures; ranging from high school and college students to senior management; from police constabularies to corporate enterprises.

He has helped clients overcome stress related issues which lead to conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression, and challenging limiting beliefs/behaviours by using techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), TimeLine Therapy (TLT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He is also familiar with NLP Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching, as well as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  

Furthermore, he has experience of one-to-one coaching to help clients with their personal development; career transition; build confidence and motivation; communication skills and leadership skills, even weight loss and techniques to help quit cravings such as food habits or smoking.
