EACDT endows young, disadvantaged people with attitudes and life skills that equip them for school, employment, family and community life and social integration via coaching and playing sports.  Independent evaluations have shown that:- Immediate benefits include improved in-class behaviour and attention spans and reduced absenteeism that contributing to improved exam results.

EACDT imparts eight key character traits that are academically proven to be essential to progress and success in life traits are: Enthusiasm, Curiosity, Gratitude, Optimism, Perseverance, Self Control, Social Intelligence and Integrity-Currently operates in 12 schools in socially challenged areas in Nairobi and delivers the programme to 6,800 young people.
